INTRODUCTION

Unique Shop

Unique Shop is an online store selling mobile accessories and gadgets, from screen protectors and power banks to speakers, AirTag accessories and home gadgets. This story follows its move to a consolidated Meta Ads structure in September 2026.

THE CHALLENGE

The existing structure was not meeting our goals

Unique Shop advertised its categories and brands through more than 10 separate Sales campaigns. Each campaign had its own product set, copy and audience.

This approach was not delivering the performance we wanted. For the next stage of growth, we decided to test a different account structure alongside refreshed creative content.

The challenge was to increase investment and purchases while improving efficiency.

THE SOLUTION

One campaign, more creative approaches

At the beginning of September 2026, we consolidated advertising into one Advantage+ Sales campaign, with an ad set for each product category and a general carousel featuring all products.

We introduced new creatives and increased the budget at the same time. The changes included:

  • Campaign consolidation for unified budget management.
  • Category-level ad sets to organise the product range.
  • Multiple formats, including static images, video, carousels and product sets.
  • Different hooks to test more creative approaches.
  • Broad targeting, without manual audience restrictions.

The new structure, content and increased investment were implemented together at the start of the month.

THE RESULTS

Growth came with better efficiency

All case studies ↗

Comparing September 2026 with September 2025, ad spend increased by 114.86%. Purchases grew by 177.61%, while purchase value attributed to Meta rose by 233.94%.

Despite the higher investment, cost per purchase fell by 22.60% and ROAS improved by 55.42%. CTR (all) increased by approximately 169%.

The carousel stood out

The all-products carousel used 34% of the budget and delivered 42% of purchases and 47% of attributed purchase value within the campaign.

Different paths to improvement

For Home Gadgets, purchases increased by approximately 53% on a lower budget, while ROAS improved by approximately 84%.

For AirTag & Accessories, the improvement was linked to a higher average order value, while purchase volume fell slightly. This reflects the total value of orders attributed to those ads. With a small sample, a few large orders could significantly influence the average.

For Unique Shop, campaign consolidation, new creatives and increased investment were accompanied by more purchases and better efficiency: higher ad spend with a lower cost per purchase.
